Family Camp Application Process 2009

Advance reservation requests must be received in our office by April 7, 2008. Reservation forms will be available the first of January 2008. Each family or reunion group will then be included in the drawing. Families will be placed in camp according to the results of the drawing. Each family in your reunion or group must submit a completed reservation form with $100 deposit. Credit cards will be charged at time of submission and will be refunded if a reservation is not secured according to your reservation requests. Each applicant will be notified of accommodation and week assignment or waiting-list status by May 16, 2008.

Reservations for space not filled in the drawing will be accepted by phone, mail, and Internet beginning May 16, 2008.

A non refundable $100 deposit per family is required to secure your reservation. Payments must be made by credit or debt card. Half the entire fee is due February 1, 2009. The balance of the fee is due 60 days before your arrival. If a cancellation is received after February 1, 50 percent of the entire fee will be forfeited unless we fill your space. Cancellations received fewer than two weeks ahead, as well as "no shows" at check-in will forfeit the entire fee.
