Family Camp Application Process

Advance reservation requests for Family Camp 2010 must be received by April 6, 2009. Each family or reunion group will then be included in the drawing. Families will be placed in camp according to drawing results. Each family in your reunion or group must submit a reservation form with a $100 deposit. Your credit card will be refunded if your reservation is not secured according to your reservation requests. Each applicant will be notified of accommodation and week assignments or waiting-list status by May 15, 2009.

Reservations for space not filled in the drawing will be available online beginning May 15, 2009.

A non-refundable $100 deposit per reservation is required to secure your reservation. Payments must be made by credit or debit card - no personal checks. Half the entire fee is due February 1st of the year you are attending Aspen Grove. The balance of the fee is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If a cancellation is requested after February 1st, 50 percent of the entire fee will be forfeited unless we fill your space. Cancellations received fewer than two weeks ahead, as well as "no shows" at check-in will forfeit the entire fee.
