"Four Seasons" Seasoning-Makes 3 cups
1 cup Black Pepper
½ cup Onion Powder
½ cup Garlic Powder
1 cup Kosher Salt
Combine all ingredients and store in an air tight container
"Lovin"- Makes 13 cups
2 1/2 cups Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 1/2 cups Paprika
2 cups Kosher Salt
2 cups Roasted Granulated Garlic
1 cup Black Pepper
1 cup Granulated Onion or Powder
1 cup Cayenne Pepper
1 cup Dried Oregano Leaves
1 cup Dried Thyme Leaves
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight container.
Crouton Seasoning-Makes 12 cups
Seasoning:
Granulated Onion 4 cups
Garlic Salt 1 cup
Roasted Garlic Seasoning ½ cup
Black Pepper ½ cup
Parsley 1 cups
Paprika 2 cups
Parmesan Cheese 3 cups
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight jar or container.
Procedure for making croutons:
Dice Bread and allow to dry on sheet pans uncovered over night or dry
in a low oven (200°) until dry. Coat dry bread with butter and toss
seasoning all over. Place on a 2 inch sheet pan & bake in 375 degree
oven for 10-15, toss and continue to bake until golden brown.
