Cracked Wheat
Ratio = 1 Cup Cracked Wheat : 1 Quart of Water, makes 1 Quart of cereal.
Bring Water to a boil, add cracked wheat and salt to taste Simmer until cereal begins to thicken, stir well, cover and turn heat off. Let Steam for 30-45 minutes.
