Corn Chowder10 servings Ingredients: Corn, frozen 1 lb
Put broccoli in large pot with onions, celery, red peppers, potatoes, water, & chicken base, Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer, Cook for 20 minutes, puree with immersion blender or place ¾ of soup in regular blender and puree. Return to pot, add Heavy Cream, adjust consistency with corn starch slurry and seasoning with salt & pepper to taste. |
