Fall/Winter Reservation Form

Reservations for conferences with meal service

may be scheduled through our office at (801)225-9554. We will be glad to assist you with your conferencing needs. You may also fill out an RFP.

Reservations for individual rooms

or family lodges without meal service will open three months prior. For example, reservations for September will open on the first working day of June. The exception will be reservations for the holiday season, from November 15, 2009-January 6, 2010. Reservations for this period of time will open on February 1, 2009.

A first nights rental rate is required as a deposit to secure your reservation. All fees must be received in our office 60 days prior to check-in. If a cancellation is received at least 60 days before your arrival the entire fee will be refunded minus the first nights rental rate. Cancellations received less than 60 days ahead will forfeit the entire fee.
