Family Retreats

Reservations for individual rooms or family lodges without meal service will open three months prior. For example, reservations for September will open on the first working day of June. The exception will be reservations for the holiday season, from November 15, 2007-Jaunuary 15, 2008. Reservations for this period of time will open on February 1, 2007. During this off season, retreat rentals only include accommodations. Additional facilities and activities are avalible for rental, weather permitting. Also, please bring own recreational equipment. FAMILY LODGES

Nestled on the hill are four two-story lodges that each contain eight bedrooms and five bathrooms. Large windows in the front living room allow you to overlook the fir and pine covered hillside and majestic Robert's Horn. A tidy kitchen and a spacious loft add to your housing convenience. During your moments of leisure, relax on the front deck of the lodge and enjoy the view and fresh, mountain air.

Four lodges available, sleeps 30 people maximum, kitchenette, eight bedrooms, five bathrooms, loft and living room, $395 per night. Bedding is included. Check in 3:00 p.m. Check out 12:00 noon. see layout

ASPEN LODGE GUESTROOMS

Located in the center of Aspen Grove is our newly constructed Aspen Lodge Conference Center. Aspen Lodge overlooks the picturesque scenery of Provo canyon and contains 20 recently completed guestrooms. Each room contains two comfortable queen size beds, telephone and a private bath.

BECKHAM LODGE ROOMS

The Beckham Lodge is ideal for family reunions and great for individual families. The Beckham Lodge is located directly southwest of the dining hall and is located in the heart of camp. Site Plan

This three-story lodge includes eight regular rooms and four smaller rooms on the first floor . The second and third floor each have eight regular rooms and five smaller rooms. Each regular room has a queen size bed, bunk bed, and a queen sofa/sleeper. Each small room has a queen size bed. Bedding is provided. Some rooms have adjoining doors for larger families. A room for someone with a disability is also available.

Maximum occupancy per regular room is six individuals.
Maximum occupancy per small room is three individuals.

Marriage Retreat Rate: Guestroom included in program fee.

Conference/Family Rate (September-May): Room rate is $84 per night. Reserve an entire floor for $1000 per night.
